Malt: Weyermann, Premium Pilsner Malt, extra hell
Process water: Desalinated sea water (reverse osmosis) from Myken municipal water plant
Cooling water: Sea water pumped directly from the ocean
Batch size: 125 kg malt / 670-690 L wort

Average fermentation time: 61,8 hours
Distillation date(s): January 30 – February 21, 2015
Average distilation time, low wines: 8,8 hours
Average distillation time, hearts: 4,2 hours
Cut point, head to heart:16-21 minutes
