In our twin Two Islands releases, we combine the flavours from two different whisky islands, as our Myken Arctic single malt Whisky is matured in oak barrels from the Scottish whisky island Islay. In Chorus of Smoke, we have filled the Islay casks that have been saturated with peat smoke for many years, with our peated whisky, to get a chorus of different smoky flavours.

Malt: Castle Malting, «Whisky malt», with about 35 ppm fenoler
Process water: Desalinated sea water (reverse osmosis) from Myken municipal water plant
